Processing Time

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping (excluding public holidays and weekends).

  • Processing may be delayed if your shipping address is flagged as risky (to ensure credit security). We may require proof of identification for billing information.


Free Shipping Time (Estimate)

  • We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • Average delivery times:

    • Domestic orders: 3-15 business days

    • International orders: 1-4 weeks (varies by country)

  • During giveaways or sale periods, please allow extra time due to high order volumes.


Premium Shipping Fee

  • Express delivery (via DHL/FedEx/UPS) is available for a $30 shipping fee.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days depending on the courier.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.


Important Notes

  • JoyeAutoMMB is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by customs, natural events, strikes, or transportation issues after packages leave the United States.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including abbreviations, street/building/apartment numbers, route info) to avoid lost or delayed shipments.

  • We do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses or for additional charges to re-ship packages. JoyeAutoMMB will not contact customers or pay extra fees in such cases.


Pre-Orders

  • "Pre-order" items are out of stock but will arrive within a certain timeframe and are available for pre-purchase.

  • Orders with pre-order items will ship 4-5 weeks or sooner after order placement, including non-preorder items.

  • Pre-order items are final sale.

  • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.


Currency Conversions

  • Currency conversions on our site are estimates only.

  • Order totals are processed and invoiced in USD at checkout.

  • The exchange rate applied depends on your bank and may differ from the rates shown on our site.


International Taxes & Duties

  • You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority.

  • Duties vary based on goods’ value, material, and origin.

  • We cannot predict exact duties, as local customs officials determine them.

  • Please check your country’s regulations to avoid surprises.


Editing Orders & Addresses

  • Changes to items, shipping addresses, or names cannot be made once an order is processed.

  • Please verify billing and shipping information carefully before ordering.


Customs Holds

  • Delivery estimates do not include customs delays or holds.

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time and you haven’t been contacted by the courier, please contact us for assistance.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to JoyeAutoMMB if:

  • Address does not exist, is misspelled, or missing information (apt/building/suite number)

  • Carrier cannot safely deliver

  • Recipient has moved or refused the package

Refunds:

  • We refund the product cost (excluding shipping and handling) for returned undeliverable packages.

  • We do not re-ship returned orders.

  • To reorder, place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your package cannot be delivered and have not received a return or refund confirmation four weeks after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
