Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Enjoylepai, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. For this reason, we have established the following return and exchange policy to ensure a clear and efficient process.


Pre-Purchase Support

To help ensure the correct product is selected, we encourage all customers to contact us prior to purchase if there is any uncertainty regarding product compatibility with your vehicle. Our experienced support team is available to provide guidance and recommendations to ensure the right solution is selected for your specific needs.


Return & Exchange Terms

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may return or exchange products under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is not custom-made or installed.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at Enjoylepai@gmail.com to request a return or exchange authorization and receive the correct return address.

  2. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Ship the product to the provided return address within 30 days of purchase.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed if it meets our return criteria.

Please note: Returns shipped to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or processed.


Restocking Fees and Deductions

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition may incur additional fees.

  • For orders that included free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.

  • If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.


Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Enjoylepai is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us immediately and provide photo or video evidence via email at Enjoylepai@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange for a replacement unit to be sent.

  • The defective or damaged product must be returned to us.


Incorrect Product Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item:

  • Please notify us promptly.

  • We will provide the correct product at no additional cost and arrange for the return of the incorrect item.


Incorrect Product Ordered

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note, restocking and shipping fees will apply as outlined above.


Third-Party Purchases

If the product was purchased by someone else on your behalf:

  • You may return the item.

  • However, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Exchanges are recommended in these cases for a more seamless process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or installed

  • Custom-designed or special-order items
